Do not expect result in meditation
Expecting results in meditation is like someone planting a seed in the soil and constantly digging it up to see if it has sprouted. Therefore, practice without any expectation, and only then will you achieve results.

Do not repeatedly crave the experiences during Meditation
Whatever experiences occur during meditation, do not focus too much on them, nor should you crave them. If you repeatedly long for those experiences, they will stop happening .
